**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled People & Culture Store Administrator to join our team at Primark. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for delivering P&C administration activities, supporting the Store Management Team, and contributing to the success of our people and business.

**About the Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our store teams. You will be working closely with the Store Management Team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent development, employee relations, engagement, and well-being.

  • Delivering P&C Administration Activities: Delivering high-quality administrative support to the Store Management Team and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Generalist Administrative Role: Providing general administrative support across various areas of P&C, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent development, employee relations, engagement, and well-being.
  • Supporting Store Management Team: Collaborating with the Store Management Team to achieve store objectives and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Reporting and KPIs: Ensuring timely reporting and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.

**What You'll Bring:**

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. Additionally, you should have a passion for delivering high-quality results and a commitment to excellence.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
