Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Governance and Performance Lead Specialist to join our team at Change Grow Live. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall performance of the service, ensuring that contractual output targets are achieved.

The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to align the Quality Management System, Incident Reporting Tool, Risk Register, and Audit Tool within the same database. You will also lead on the development and presentation of service performance data and information.

This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £39,302.50 dependent on experience, pro rata for part-time hours. The contract type is 6 months' internal secondment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the management team to align the Quality Management System, Incident Reporting Tool, Risk Register, and Audit Tool within the same database.
  • Lead on the development and presentation of service performance data and information.
  • Provide line management, supervision, and leadership where appropriate.
  • Experience of working with drug and alcohol issues and a clear understanding of the need for and ability to deliver quality services.
  • Understanding of CQC Essential Standards.
  • Experience of devising and delivering training sessions/workshops.
  • Show a capacity to work alone and the ability to keep calm under pressure while meeting demanding targets and deadlines.

Salary Range: CGL points 36 to 40 (£39,302.50)
