We are seeking a highly skilled MEICA Site Manager to join our team at Enpure Limited in Guildford. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company procedures and work instructions, guiding sub-contractors, and managing site operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and work instructions, guide notes, and other information that forms part of the quality assurance, health and safety, and environmental management systems.
  • Supervise sub-contractors to ensure they adhere to company procedures and work instructions.
  • Manage site operations, including time, cost, and quality management.
  • Provide effective interface management and supervision of sub-contractors.
  • Maintain site accommodation and facilities to a high standard.
  • Report progress against the agreed programme for the works and advise of any delays to the Project Manager.
  • Comply with all Health and Safety responsibilities commensurate with the role, as outlined in the Health and Safety policy.
Requirements
  • A formal engineering qualification in a relevant discipline (minimum HNC or equivalent preferred).
  • CSCS Managers Card.
  • SMSTS/IOSH Managing Safely in Construction.

  • Well Organized.
  • Approachable.
  • Good Communication.
