The Key ResponsibilitiesThis SEN Teaching Assistant role involves:
- Supporting students with complex learning difficulties and medical needs.
- Assisting in classroom activities and ensuring pupils are actively engaged and working towards their personalized learning goals.
- Promoting students' emotional and social development, encouraging positive behavior and inclusion.
We look for candidates who:
- Are passionate about supporting children with complex needs.
- Have experience working in an SEN or specialist setting.
- Hold a relevant qualification, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We estimate this role to pay approximately £26,500 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
