Job Title: Automotive Technical Trainer

Join our team as an Automotive Technical Trainer and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and training skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical training on workshop diagnostic repair procedures to a wide range of service technicians and technical delegates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Technical Training: Develop and deliver technical training programs on workshop diagnostic repair procedures, both electrical and mechanical, to ensure delegates have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Establish Relationships: Establish and maintain effective relationships with the project team, client, dealer network, and course delegates to ensure a supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to sharing knowledge with colleagues, learning from other experiences to ensure a consistent and professional approach to all training activities.
  • Support Site Operations: Support site operations at the client training facilities, ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes, and responsible for supporting local maintenance issues and site compliance.
  • Develop Training Materials: Support the development of all course material and any new product training in line with client requirements.
  • Assess Training Technology: Continually assess training technology and methodology to ensure currency of training offer.
Requirements:
  • Technical Training Delivery: Possess proven technical training delivery skills and use balanced judgement and informed decision making in the delivery of their duties.
  • Computer Literacy: Be highly computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS applications.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Have an in-depth knowledge of the automotive training business and be adept in developing and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Communication Skills: Display, at all times, a customer-oriented, service provider attitude and be a positive ambassador for the company.
  • Business Acumen: Understand the goals and operating targets of the business and the way in which they contribute towards the success of Bosch MA within the UK.
