**Advantage Healthcare** is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Adult Care Assistant in Basildon. This role offers a range of flexible shifts, including full-time and part-time options, covering mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as various benefits such as enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, and cycle to work scheme.
About the RoleAs a care assistant, you will provide support to individuals in their own homes, helping with personal care, managing medication, and assisting with practical tasks such as shopping and housework. You will also play a vital role in supporting clients to live safe and independent lives.
