Retail Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Specialist to join our Retail Operations Team in our London Head Office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects, managed by yourself and the Retail Coordinator, as well as the coordination of local head office departments and frontline teams.

Your primary focus will be on the preparation and execution of Store Opening, Relocation and Closing Project Critical paths. You will continuously strive to improve operations by carrying out evaluations and proposing new ways of working. Additionally, you will lead Project calls for internal stakeholders and form part of a team that links all departments, ensuring all are informed, aligned and up to date with responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include preparing and animating Kick off calls with the frontline teams, area managers and store managers to present the full project schedule, ordering all necessary Styling, Merchandising and Communication materials, preparing stock orders and liaising with Shop Replenishment and Shop Logistics to ensure satisfactory fulfilment, setting up accounts with all the necessary external partners, leading set up/pack up days in store to ensure VM and Back of House standards, providing training where necessary to ensure store operations are in line with policies and procedures set out in the Shop Rituals, and tracking and following up all items on the snagging list.

As a Retail Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Operations team outside of Opening, Closing and relocation projects. You will work closely with the Retail Coordinator to ensure all necessary departmental tasks are completed on time and to a high standard, accounting for the nuances of each individual project and develop and execute development projects that help aid further efficiency and effectiveness.
