SEN Specialist Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Specialist Assistant to join our team at a lovely primary school in Bracknell. The successful candidate will have experience working with SEN children, particularly those with ASD and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom.
  • Assisting children with their understanding of teacher instructions.
  • Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1 or with small groups in the Learning Support department.
  • Tracking and recording pupil progress.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with SEN children, particularly those with ASD and ADHD.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to track and record pupil progress.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive daily rate of £80-90.
  • A full-time position with a regular schedule of 8:30am-4pm.
