About the Role

United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients on our 18-bedded Rehabilitation unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent care and communication skills to patients and their relatives
  • Working effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve high standards of care
  • Managing time effectively and prioritizing daily workload
  • Engaging in effective working relationships with patients, relatives, and colleagues

Requirements

  • English and Maths qualification at GCSE grades A*-C, or Functional Skills Level 2
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment and using computer systems for data entry and retrieval
  • Ability to work in a demanding and busy environment and remain calm under pressure
