Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Buidling strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the security industry and security services is a plus
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Working knowledge of B2B platforms and similar tender tools.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at £28,000 plus bonus (£35-45k OTE), with excellent benefits packages available.
