Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Root-10 Limited. As a qualified practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to young people and adults with acute mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to service users
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
  • Support team members in their professional development
  • Record and report all service user changes, maintaining accurate records

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN, RGN, RNLD)
  • NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills and self-motivation
  • A positive attitude and natural caring ability
