About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our automation department, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and improving our production lines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop detailed designs using CAD software.
  • Conduct research and analysis to ensure design feasibility and optimization.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of designs, modifications, and project progress.
  • Prepare project costings, including Bill of Materials (BOMs).
  • Perform testing and validation to ensure design performance and reliability.
  • Provide support for modifications and design changes during the build and commissioning stages of the project.
  • Support and troubleshoot existing equipment in our facilities and other group companies.
Requirements
  • Education to a degree level or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in equipment design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of 3D CAD software.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation and manufacturing processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
