Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring
  • Support clients with their daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household tasks
  • Engage with clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a care setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client boundaries
