Job Title: Care Assistant/Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Care Assistant/Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

As a Care Assistant/Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Assisting with medication administration
  • Providing physical support and mobility assistance

You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
  • An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration
