Job Summary: As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to KS2 students. This role requires proven experience working with primary school pupils, strong communication skills, and patience when supporting individual students.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging learning activities that cater to the diverse needs of KS2 students.
  2. Provide one-on-one or small group support for children who require additional help, promoting their academic, social, and emotional growth.
  3. Assist with maintaining a well-organized and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
  4. Help children develop essential skills, including literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving, while promoting critical thinking and creativity.
