Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machining Production Technician to join our dynamic team at A1 Jobs Ltd. As an experienced machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machining tools, ensuring precision and quality in the production of components.

Duties:
  • Operate and maintain a variety of machining tools, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce high-quality components.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in training new staff on machining processes and safety protocols.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Machinist or similar role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with sewing machinery is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.

Compensation:
