Autism Specialist Psychologist

Outcomes First Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Team Lead to join their team at Copper Fields School in Cornwall. As a key member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for managing the therapy caseload and providing frontline management and leadership support.
About the Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Team Lead to join a leading provider of special needs education and care services. The successful candidate will have a recognized postgraduate degree in Clinical, Forensic or Educational Psychology and a proven track record of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team. A full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle are also essential requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the therapy caseload with the full support of the clinical network
Provide frontline management and leadership support to the clinical team
Contribute to staff training and development
Work within the overall framework of the service policies and procedures
