About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at a prestigious boarding school near Yeovil. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality culinary experiences and working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £26,160 per annum, based on a 38-week working year. In addition to your salary, you will also receive overtime paid at £15.00 per hour and the opportunity to work paid overtime during term holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Executive Chef Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards. This will include catering for up to 70 students and staff, preparing 'homely' meals 7 days a week, and managing dietary requirements and health & safety.
