About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Healthcare Team Director to lead our team at New Hall Hospital in Salisbury. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and managing a team of skilled healthcare professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who has a proven track record of success in healthcare management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction, and for ensuring that our team has the resources and support needed to deliver excellent care.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with experience in change management and transformation. They will be able to communicate effectively with staff, patients, and other stakeholders, and will have a good understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  4. Monitor and report on clinical performance and quality metrics
  5. Stay up-to-date with best practices in healthcare management and quality improvement
