Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students.
Requirements:
  1. A Level 2/3 qualification as a teaching assistant or equivalent is required.
  2. A passion for working with children and commitment to their growth is essential.
  3. Experience with SEN students is desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial.
  4. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
