Job Overview

Ernest Hunter Green is seeking a highly skilled Consumer Engagement Manager to play a key role in driving consumer engagement for their mobile wallet app, one of their largest growth areas.

This role will create and implement engagement strategies that drive daily and monthly active usage, as well as retention. It will oversee the full pan-European engagement plan across all markets, collaborate with marketing, partner, and product teams to drive EU-wide promotions, share insight on new features, and develop comprehensive engagement plans.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving consumer engagement programs, resulting in significant increases in usage in the fintech, digital payments, or app-based services industry. They will have a deep understanding of user engagement strategies, promotional activities, and market expansion tactics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and capacity to influence and collaborate across all levels and European regions are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to drive daily and monthly active usage, as well as retention
