Job Overview:
Prospero Teaching is seeking a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a special needs school catering for children with autism and social emotional and mental health needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children with unique needs.

**Requirements:**
We are looking for someone with a level of understanding about childcare and special educational needs. Previous experience working with children is desirable, but not necessary as we provide Safeguarding training. If you have a passion to learn and grow in this field, we would like to hear from you.

**Work Details:**
The role will be based in Margam, covering multiple Primary and Secondary schools across the area. You will work on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, during term time only. The starting salary is £87.90 per hour, with flexible contract options available including temporary and long-term positions.
