Commercial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to join our team at Lanesra Technical Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commercial delivery teams and core team commercial functions for our CMDP joint venture framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commercial management of the out performance of projects & Tranches of projects
* Commercial & contractual support to the procurement team
* Provide input to continuous development of CMDP commercial strategy for pre-works orders & construction phase
* Leading the commercial team in the tranche programme
* Continuous review of commercial resource levels with the Programme
About the Company:
Our client is an integrated design and build solution provider operating in the water sector. They have over 1,000 staff working across eight regional centres, primarily supporting six long term water sector frameworks operating both on their own and increasingly in joint ventures and alliances.
About the Role:
The Commercial Director will be responsible for providing leadership and management to the commercial delivery teams and core team commercial functions for the CMDP business. The successful candidate will be based at either the Brighton or Chatham office and will report directly to the Senior Commercial Manager.
Salary:
The salary for this role is £90-110k neg (DOE), bonus, car/allowance and excellent benefits package.
