Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Fusion People Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our quality processes meet the highest standards.

About the Role

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with our project teams to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards. This includes developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting internal audits, and providing training and guidance to staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement quality improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality-related activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • HNC/HND qualifications in quality management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in quality management standards and guidelines.
  • Internal and external auditor experience in quality management.
  • Experience in managing construction operations, including phasing and contingency planning.
  • Able to provide expert knowledge to support governance and oversight of quality requirements.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for career growth and development.
