Asset Servicing Administrator

Join AJ Bell Management Limited as an Asset Servicing Administrator and be part of a team that delivers excellence in the administration of Corporate Actions & Dividends.
As an Asset Servicing Administrator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining records of events, compiling and issuing customer notifications, and reconciling positions at different stages through the event.
You will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A*-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English, and be able to deliver excellent customer service skills.
You will also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be competent in IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
In this role, you will work in a high-pressure deadline-driven environment and have exceptional attention to detail.
Experience of financial services or a keen interest in it is desirable, and advanced Excel skills are a must.
