Job Title: Asset Servicing Client Service Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Servicing Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Servicing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of excellence in the administration of Corporate Actions & Dividends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain accurate records of events
  • Compile and issue customer notifications for forthcoming events, where required
  • Collate customer responses, where required
  • Instruct counterparties and custodians
  • Reconcile positions at different stages through the event
  • Process events to customer accounts
  • Notify customers when events are completed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, including AML, CASS, Clear Desk, and breach reporting
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A*-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in high-pressure deadline-driven environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desirable: experience of financial services or a keen interest in it
  • Advanced Excel skills
