Job Overview:
Area Camden Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead one of our outstanding 6-bed children's homes in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services, strategic planning, and day-to-day management.

About the Role:
The Registered Manager is accountable for ensuring the well-being and safety of the young people residing in the home. This includes delivering childcare that focuses on obtaining the best outcomes for each child and young person. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' management experience, an NVQ level 5 in Management, and knowledge of the Children's Act 1989 and Care Standards Act 2000.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care services to children and young people
- Strategic planning for developments within the home
- Day-to-day management of staff and resources

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years' management experience
- NVQ level 5 in Management
- Knowledge of the Children's Act 1989 and Care Standards Act 2000
- Excellent leadership skills and communication skills

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
- Annual leave: 32 days per annum (increasing to 35 days after three years)
