We are seeking a skilled Alcohol and Substance Abuse Specialist to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As an Alcohol and Substance Abuse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in managing alcohol and drug misuse in the workplace.

About the Role

This is a permanent, zero-hours contract position, offering a competitive rate of pay and a range of benefits, including reimbursed training and expenses. As a variable hour worker, you will accrue 31 days of annual leave per year, inclusive of public and statutory bank holidays, based on each hour that you work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and support to clients on managing alcohol and drug misuse in the workplace
  • Conduct alcohol and drug testing and assessments
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and manage substance misuse
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address substance misuse issues
  • Provide training and education to clients on substance misuse prevention and management

Requirements

  • Experience in the alcohol and drug industry is not essential, as full training is provided for the role
  • Full driving license
