Multidisciplinary Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multidisciplinary Engineer to join our Technical Services Department at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the resort's 32 rides and attractions, ensuring the highest level of safety and reliability for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance tasks on various equipment and systems
• Participate in the annual winter maintenance program to ensure the resort is ready for the new season
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures
• Provide technical expertise to improve ride availability and guest experience

Requirements

• ONC, NVQ level 3 or BTEC equivalent in engineering
• Post-apprenticeship experience in maintenance and inspection
• Full understanding of engineering-related statutory requirements
• Ability to read and use engineering drawings
• Problem-solving and diagnostic skills
