About the Role

Purolite, an Ecolab company, is seeking a Customer Excellence Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Llantrisant, Wales.

What You'll Do
  • Lead preparation and hosting for customer and ISO 9001 audits.
  • Respond to and schedule customer audits.
  • Complete customer questionnaires.
  • Lead Purolite's vendor management program, including conducting supplier audits.
  • Manage internal audits to monitor compliance of internal operations, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare action plans from all audits, internal and external.
  • Set up internal workshops and communication related to CAPAs action plans.
  • Initiate relevant KPIs.
  • Manage client complaints.
  • Communicate and liaise with customers and sales as necessary.
  • Participate in the change control process to ensure changes to processes, systems, equipment, and facilities are appropriately assessed and implemented.
What You'll Need
  • A scientific degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in a global regulated environment with a sound understanding of quality system requirements (cGMP and ISO 9001 advantageous).
  • Software and technical skills, including all Microsoft Office applications (Q-Pulse or other electronic QMS software an advantage).
  • Internal auditing experience to ISO 9001 requirements (cGMP advantageous).
  • Lead auditor training (desirable).
  • Experience in hosting customer audits.
