Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation and execution of Customer and ISO 9001 audits. Manage responses and scheduling for customer audits. Complete customer questionnaires effectively. Lead Ecolab's vendor management initiative, including conducting supplier audits. Administer internal audits to ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory standards. Develop action plans based on all audit findings, both internal and external. Organize internal workshops and communications related to CAPA action plans. Initiate relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Address and manage client complaints efficiently. Liaise with customers and sales teams as required. Participate in the change control process to ensure that modifications to processes, systems, equipment, and facilities are properly evaluated and implemented.

Qualifications:

A degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience. Experience in a globally regulated environment with a solid understanding of quality system requirements (cGMP and ISO9001 preferred). Proficiency in software and technical skills, including all Microsoft Office applications (experience with Q-Pulse or other electronic QMS software is advantageous). Internal auditing experience related to ISO9001 requirements (cGMP experience is a plus). Lead auditor training is desirable. Proven experience in hosting customer audits.
