Real Estate Agent Lead

About the Opportunity:

Hose Rhodes Dickson is part of the Leaders Romans Group, a leading estate agency chain. We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent Lead to join our team on the Isle of Wight. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for growing our property register and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Job Description:

• Growing the property register by winning instructions and maximising branch profit
• Building excellent rapport with clients and delivering first-class experience
• Identifying and maximising business opportunities
• Advertising properties, dealing with viewings, and registering applicants
• Achieving personal and branch sales targets
• Introducing new business and building alliances within the local community through active networking
• Communicating effectively between clients and vendors
• Preparing accurate property details and ensuring data entry accuracy
• Selling properties from viewing to close
• Supporting branch management with ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
• Listing and valuation experience
• Excellent sales ability and high-level customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• The ability to negotiate and build strong relationships internally and externally
• Tenacity and self-motivation with a drive to succeed
• Responsiveness to change and adaptability

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a salary of approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including retail discounts, regular awards and incentives for top achievers, generous holiday allowance, and excellent parental leave and company fertility policy.
