Job Description
We are seeking a Volunteer Counsellor to join our team in St Austell, supporting residents in their journey to independence.
The ideal candidate will have a background in counselling, experience working with clients with complex needs, and a strong understanding of community resources and organisations that can help our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one talk therapies to residents
- Build trusting relationships with clients
- Work alongside staff to manage risk to self or others
