Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team at The Stage, a champagne bar that serves a Champagne breakfast, Champagne afternoon tea, and a Grand Finale of cheese, charcuterie, and more. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is seamless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Read the needs of tables and serve them as to their preferences.
  • Work closely with the Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure that service is seamless and an exceptional level of service is provided to guests.
  • Ensure that satisfaction levels are checked at all tables you are serving and handle any feedback or complaints accordingly.
  • Take payment in accordance with company procedures.
  • Be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco, and Micros.

Requirements

  • Previous front of house waiting experience of working in a high-end food-led operation is essential.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
  • A Passion for food and beverage, serving guests, and providing outstanding hospitality.
