About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality documents, designs, and drawings that comply with industry standards. They will work closely with the team and management to support design delivery, attend design meetings, and liaise with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Designing highways, roads, and sustainable drainage systems for power and energy infrastructure projects.
  2. Ensuring compliance with design standards and best practices.
  3. Liaising with clients and attending design meetings.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a design engineering environment in the UK.
  • Proven experience working on roads or highways infrastructure design projects from concept to delivery.
  • Experience with SuDS, drainage, and pavement design is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX Design, or Microdrainage desirable.
  • Full clean driver's license.
Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
