Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and registered healthcare practitioner to join our team as an Advanced Practitioner. This role will involve delivering advanced level practice within our crisis resolution and home treatment team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver effective treatment plans. They will also be expected to develop and maintain their skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver advanced level practice within our crisis resolution and home treatment team

The ideal candidate will have a Master's qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice and/or a non-medical prescribing qualification. They will also have experience of working in a mental health setting and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the principles of advanced clinical practice.
