Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and registered healthcare practitioner to join our team as an Advanced Practitioner. This role will involve delivering an advanced level of practice within our crisis resolution and home treatment team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for working 60% clinically, 20% in university settings, and 20% in work-based learning. They will be expected to attend university teaching days, practice clinical skills in their workplace, and complete workplace-based assessments of competencies and capabilities.
Requirements- Master's qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice
- Non-medical prescribing qualification or evidence of qualification in prescribing specialist equipment, care, therapies, lifestyle advice, and care
- HEE Digital Staff badge demonstrating ACP accreditation with The Centre for Advancing Practice
