About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Colchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success

  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
