Trainee Estate Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Estate Agent to join our award-winning Lettings team in Colchester, Upminster, or Witham/Maldon. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants, while developing your skills and knowledge in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, making informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our property portfolio.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants.
Requirements:
  • Previous industry experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided. However, all applicants must demonstrate a proven track record in a customer-focused environment.
  • Enthusiastic and competitive.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional approach.
  • IT proficient, with familiarity with MS Office packages and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Full UK driving license and use of own car is essential.
