Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Damp and Mould Remediation Specialist to join our team at Fortus Recruitment. As a specialist in damp and mould remediation, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing damp and mould problems in residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose damp and mould problems in residential properties
  • Wash and clean affected surfaces within residents' homes
  • Treat damp and mould with specified mould treatments
  • Carry out minor repair works
  • Accurately complete tasks using our in-house handheld PDA system
  • Responsible for a company vehicle
  • Provide reports on factors within properties that are a cause of damp and mould

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential properties
  • Good social skills
  • Good customer service
  • Asbestos awareness certificate
  • DBS check
  • Driver's License
  • Qualifications desired
