Reward and Benefits Specialist

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Reward and Benefits Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in employee benefits management and the ability to take the lead on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on annual cyclic projects end to end, in line with objectives and budgets
  • Manage all benefits-related administration, including pensions, life assurance, and Group Income Protection
  • Collaborate with the people and payroll teams, offering coaching and support to colleagues
  • Perform data analysis and provide in-depth reporting on BAU reward activities and project progression
  • Manage inboxes and provide specialist support for benefits in kind, including company vehicles and PMI

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of UK pension regulations and ability to liaise with providers
  • Up-to-date knowledge of payroll and ability to use HRIS and payroll systems effectively
  • Solid IT literacy, including Excel, and clear communication style
  • CIPD L5 or PMI qualifications advantageous
