About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SCS Community Nurse to join our team in Additional Support for Learning Schools. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to children and young adults with additional support needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and associated administrative duties
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver seamless, equitable, and accessible care
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality care plans and services
Requirements
  • Active interest in working with children and young adults with additional support needs
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality
  • Ability to work as part of a team and promote a culture of inclusion
