As a Learning and Development Specialist with Michael Page (UK), you will play a key role in driving employee growth and development. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver training programs that cater to the needs of both entry-level and experienced employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Training Programs: Plan and organise training sessions, manage logistics and registration, maintain the training calendar to avoid conflicts, and serve as the primary contact for participants, handling communication and feedback.
  • Designing and Facilitating Learning Sessions: Create accessible, engaging training materials, lead interactive sessions on diverse topics, and customise content to suit different learning styles.
  • Coaching, Mentoring, Quality Assurance, and Feedback: Provide one-on-one support, mentor early-career employees, deliver constructive feedback, and promote collaborative learning through peer-based programs.

A successful candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in talent development or a similar role in the recruitment or sales industry.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management practices and trends.
  • Skilled in leading and co-facilitating interactive, engaging training sessions.
