Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a senior leadership role within our Driving Recruitment division. You will be responsible for managing a high-volume client base, developing recruitment strategies, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage a high-volume client base, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding expectations
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment or staffing management
  • A strong understanding of the logistics industry and its challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
