Salter Grange Limited is collaborating with a leading Engineering Contractor on an exciting project. The company is currently seeking a highly skilled MEP QA Lead who possesses multi-disciplinary expertise in Mechanical and Electrical engineering, preferably with extensive experience working on high-profile Data Centre projects.

The successful MEP QA Lead will join a rapidly growing contractor on a prestigious project in Europe and become part of a well-regarded organization renowned for its exceptional Preconstruction Engineering, Project Management capabilities, and seamless Project Delivery on large-scale Data Centre developments in Belgium.

Mechanical and Electrical Project Lead Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, execute, and maintain the project Quality Plan and inspection/test plans in accordance with the Client's specifications.
  2. Interpret and communicate contract Quality requirements to project staff and relevant company functions supporting the project.
  3. Review, audit, and oversee the implementation of the Project Quality plan and procedures, collaborating closely with the Auditing team.
  4. Manage Project inspection/test programs and associated witness point schedules on a per-system basis.
  5. Ensure client participation at agreed-upon inspection/witness points per the project contract and handover schedule.
  6. Manage the resolution of Quality-related matters at the Project Management Team and project supervisor levels.
  7. Coordinate the handover of all Quality Records to the Client on a system-by-system basis.
Mechanical and Electrical Project Lead Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in a similar QA Construction role.
  2. Prior experience working on large commercial construction projects.
  3. Prior experience working for a general contractor is highly desirable.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience, as well as a clear progression path within the construction sector.
