Area Cleaning Manager

Sodexo is seeking a highly organized and conscientious Area Cleaning Manager to join one of our large established clients in Stevenage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning and housekeeping operatives and overseeing the running of the cleaning services of the laboratory workplace environment.
You will have strong knowledge of COSHH and ideally extensive experience within cleaning management and managing large teams of cleaners and housekeepers. You will be resilient, manage your time and multiple priorities effectively, possess good communication and customer service skills.
Working under the guidance of the Scientific Services Lead, you will have responsibility for the following:
- Health and Safety (including risk assessments and COSHH checks)
- Cleaning Audits
- Stock control
- Stakeholder Management
- Staff training and performance reviews
