Job Summary

The Care Home Activities Lead will play a vital role in designing and delivering engaging activities for our residents. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with colleagues to understand the needs of our residents and tailor activities to cater to their interests and abilities.

With your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate with residents and community members, you will be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating events, and developing annual activity plans.

In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring that all activities are safe, enjoyable, and accessible for all residents. If you are a creative problem solver with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

  • Design and deliver engaging activities for residents
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to identify resident needs
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.15 per hour. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating positive experiences for others and has excellent organizational skills.
