Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join our friendly school in Enfield North London. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about working with young children and making a positive impact on their educational journey.
About the RoleThis is a two-form entry school with a Good Ofsted rating that is seeking a Reception Teacher to start immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting students' social and emotional development, and fostering a love for learning. They will also be part of a supportive team of educators who work collaboratively to contribute to the overall success of the school.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
- Provide individualised support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and a strong academic record
- A Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks
- An ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students
The estimated salary for this role is around £28,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
