We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Educator to join our forward-thinking school in Enfield, North London. As a Reception Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that support students' social and emotional development.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
  • Provide individualised support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students', parents, and colleagues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong academic record, including QTS, EYTS, and PGCE qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • The ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students', parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
