Are you a seasoned leader looking to shape the future of delivery at Be-IT? We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Delivery Director.

This is a pivotal role that will see you leading the delivery function of our fast-growing consultancy, driving exceptional outcomes for our clients in both the private and public sectors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Team Leadership:**

  • Manage and mentor a team of Delivery Managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Drive delivery excellence, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.

**Community Building:**

  • Establish and nurture strong communities of practice within the Delivery Manager function.
  • Organize regular events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer and professional development.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

**Strategic Delivery:**

  • Oversee large-scale digital transformation programs for customers, including roadmap development, program planning, and governance.
  • Manage complex delivery projects, ensuring successful execution and achievement of project objectives.
  • Lead the delivery aspects of bid work. Experience with UK Government frameworks would be beneficial.

**Business Growth:**

  • Drive revenue growth by effectively managing resource augmentation engagements and securing new business opportunities.
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities to expand the Delivery Manager function's reach and impact.

**Regional Hub Development:**

  • Support the growth of regional hubs.
  • Develop and implement effective internal and external engagement plans to build a strong community, culture, and local brand presence.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Principal / Head of Delivery / Capability Lead or equivalent role in a technology consultancy or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Deep understanding of delivery methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing new business.

**Additional Qualifications (Desired):**

  • Experience working in the UK Government sector.
